Built For Brooklyn Homes
We didn’t start out remodeling brownstones and co-ops because it was easy. We started because most Brooklyn homeowners were getting the same frustrating experience: vague quotes, disappearing contractors, and surprise costs halfway through demo. We built this company to fix that, one bathroom at a time.

Our Story
This company started with a simple observation: Brooklyn’s housing stock is unlike almost anywhere else, and most contractors treat it like it isn’t. Brownstones with plaster-over-lath walls. Co-ops with alteration agreements longer than the contract itself. Cast-iron plumbing is older than the people renovating it. Homeowners were getting quotes from contractors who’d never worked in a pre-war building, then watching those quotes double once the walls came down and the surprises started.
We built our process around solving that specific problem plan for what’s actually behind Brooklyn’s walls before quoting the job, not after. That meant training our crew specifically on pre-war construction, building relationships with co-op and condo boards across the borough, and committing to fixed written estimates instead of ranges that grow. What started as fixing a handful of neighbors’ bathrooms has grown into 500+ completed projects across Brooklyn, but the reason we do this hasn’t changed.
Our Mission
To give every Brooklyn homeowner a bathroom remodel that’s priced honestly, permitted correctly, and built to hold up in a home that’s often 80 to 100 years older than the contractor working on it.
What Makes Us Different
Fixed written estimates. What we quote is what you pay, barring anything found once we open the walls, and we flag that possibility clearly before work starts.
Pre-war building expertise. Our crew knows plaster-over-lath, cast-iron drain lines, and galvanized supply lines because we work with them constantly, not occasionally.
Co-op and condo board experience. We prepare alteration agreements and insurance documentation correctly the first time, so approval isn’t a two-month delay.
Licensed, insured, and DOB registered. Every permit we pull is filed properly, protecting your home’s resale and refinance value down the line.
Workmanship warranty on every project, because the relationship doesn’t end when we pack up the truck.
